Mechanical Properties:

Heat treatment specification and metallographic organization:

Low thermal specification

Application
9 sicr alloy tool steel can be used to make complex shape and small deformation, high wear resistance, low speed cutting tools, such as drilling, thread tools, reamer, die, tap, thread rolling plate and screw rolling wheel, etc. (plastic die steel, can be used in the top bar, create size increase, complicated shape and high accuracy requirement of plastic film.
