Mechanical Properties:

Heat treatment specification and metallographic organization:

Low delivery status: steel in annealing state delivery.

Ac1 = 770 ° C, 730 ℃, Accm Ar1 = = 730 ° C.

Low thermal specification

Needs in the neutral atmosphere or protective atmosphere furnace heating, preheating temperature of 700 ~ 80 ° C o for the first time, holding time 1. 0 ~ 1.5 h, the second 850 ~ 900 ° C, 2 min/mm, time of heat preservation heat insulation at 100 ℃ or less after speed up to 1100 ~ 1150 ℃, holding time 1.0 ~ 1.5 min/mn.
